Monster High has returned to the US. I got this tee when I logged in. I really like it!
If you are not from the US you will need a proxy. Try: http://webwarper.net/ww/ or http://www.dontfilter.us/
Paste this link into the box:
http://www.stardoll.com and hit go/browse
Log in.
Log off the proxy and go to regular Stardoll.
It will be in a bag to the right of your closet
